the challenge

Container logistics runs on documents, deadlines and data captured in the field — often without connectivity. The platform needed a modernised dashboard, better capture flows and reliable offline behaviour, all while integrating with external transport management systems.

• Front-end redevelopment of the core web dashboard in Blazor and Tailwind CSS
• Significant upgrades to document and logistics data capture flows
• Feature development and refactoring in the Flutter mobile app using Redux
• Backend logic for offline container tracking and transport-management-system integrations
• CO₂ emission forecasting supporting statutory compliance
